Cimarron Works Structure page, Welcome.

Cimarron works structures are resin based, with the addition of Grandt line detail part to complete these unique structures. With the resin based models most of the hard work is done. These structures go together muck like a plastic, with much more detail. Most structures are kept in production; a few of them have been in limited run. Our line is primarily S and O scale. We have just completed a HO Como depot. Most of the structures are common railroad based, and can be used for many different structures. We are always working on new design and pushing the limits of design. The S scale Samuelsson Hardware is one of the first, one piece resin S scale building.

 

Our line of structures come complete with detail part, we believe that you should not have to buy our kits and add detail part like; Barrels, Creates, Sacks or Drums. All of them are included in the kit, to complete the seen. The detail parts are also for sale as additional products.

 

Hancock Depot S scale only- SOLD OUT (limited run kit)

Hancock depet is a DSPP depot. As you can see from the detail of the photo above, even the detail under the eves is modeld. The bay window on the kit is one piece that fits directly to the building, no strange angles to build up.

DSP&P Strain Beam Bridge
Available in S and O scale

This bridge was as close to a standard bridge as the DSP&P had, the bridge was at several locations along the line. Locations such as, Buffalo (a double bridge), **** ( as a single bridge) this bridge is still in place today and maintaned by the Denver Water board,

Mt Princton ( as a Double). This is one of Cimarron multimedia kits. In this kit, included Wood cut a notched, resin parts for the angled metal braces, and etched brass parts.

Samualson's Hardware Store S Scale Only

Samuelsson’s Hardware is based on a building in Blackhawk Colorado. The building still exists in Blackhawk today. This building is another first for Cimarron Works (and S Scale), as this building is cast in a one piece resin casting, the only thing to do to add this to your layout is clean up the casting, build the stairs ( four total pieces to them) and paint. No gluing the walls together.
